be embarrassed by out-of-date information. Because eCM is completely web based
you can outsource your collections processing to anyone with an Internet connection.

This is because users can add and enquire on notes of various user determined
categories. So sales, accounts and service can all share the history of clients
at all the touch points allowing them to attain better service levels.
eCM is a standard component of Century so there is no need to buy extra software
or consulting.
What does it do?
Century Software's eCredit Management provides the user with a debtor selection
window where they can filter those debtors they wish to process. Selection can
be a combination of date, amounts, overdue days, territory, industry or grouping.
A listing of all clients who satisfy the selection is displayed.
User can drill down on detail, sort, select or add notes by user defined categories.
Users can review any part of a client transaction history and may even update
key customer details that may have changed.
By making eCM available to the other parts of your organisation your personal

to enable more understanding of your various customer relationships.
eCM is powered by eFlow - Century web architected content and workflow management
