Synopsis
Mobile Innovations applied Century’s Financial Management software to
obtain a seamlessly integrated operational and administrative system for it
high volume retail operations.
How they do it.
Utilising specialist mobile phone billings systems from Select Software, Mobile
Innovations (MI) wanted to interface these line-of-business systems to its financial
management and reporting “Back Office”.
Century provided interfaces to MI’s Phone Billings, Customer Care, and
Receipting processes to ensure that the high volumes of monthly transactions
from 180,000 customers were addressed with the highest levels of automation
possible. Century’s Financial Management software not only address these
interfaced requirements, but also handle the high volumes of inventory and purchase
transactions needed to maintain and manage MI’s retail inventories.
